At the just-concluded Ugandan North American Association (UNAA) Convention in New Orleans, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Development, Hon. Ruth Nankabirwa, representing H.E. President Yoweri Museveni, together with the Head of the State House Diaspora Unit, Mr. Mohammed Bagonza, joined Ugandans in cutting cake to usher in the new UNAA leadership — all elected unopposed.
